Timothy E. Jackson

Tim Jackson is a partner at Wallace Miller. His practice focuses on product liability, mass torts, and drug and medical device litigation. Tim has tried numerous cases to verdict and represents plaintiffs in several complex litigation matters including the transvaginal mesh litigation, Elmiron, and Roundup.

He also has spent a substantial amount of time involved in ongoing litigation and is a member of trial teams at both state and federal levels. Tim has been a key figure in the transvaginal mesh litigation, including as a key member of multiple trial teams that have successfully tried cases to verdict, including Huskey v. Ethicon, Inc. and Kaiser v. Ethicon, which achieved $3.27 million and $35 million jury verdicts, respectively. He has built a strong reputation for his ability to navigate the intricacies of complicated litigation as well as having a knack for identifying, distilling, and understanding complex legal issues associated with federal multidistrict litigation (MDL) and state court proceedings. Tim has served in numerous roles working with expert witnesses in both state and federal court, including at trial.

Tim began his legal career as a summer associate at Wexler Wallace. He graduated from Tulane University and earned his law degree from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. While at law school, Tim served as the Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.
