Coming forward about sexual abuse is never easy. It takes immense strength to tell your story, and that story should never be met with judgment or pressure. That’s why the Survivor Advocacy team at Wallace Miller exists: to support survivors of sexual abuse with compassion, clarity, and a keen grasp of the law, every step of the way.
Led by partner Molly Condon Wells, our team is dedicated to helping survivors pursue civil justice in a way that fits with what they need. Molly is an experienced litigator with a deep commitment to trauma-informed advocacy. Her focus isn’t just on building strong legal cases—it’s on building trust with every client.
Working alongside Molly is attorney Alexandrea M. Messner, a fierce advocate with a sharp legal mind and a steady, empathetic presence. Alexandrea brings a deep understanding of the emotional and legal complexities involved in these cases and is dedicated to making sure each client feels seen, heard, and supported.
Our legal team is rounded out by three exceptional paralegals:
- Mirena Fontana leads the team armed with years of experience and a track record of success in providing support for clients and advocating for trauma survivors. She approaches every case she manages with empathy, compassion, and a sharp sense of strategy.
- Morgan Kapping brings her organizational skills and calm, clear communication to her work with trauma survivors. In a process that can feel overwhelming, she works closely with our clients to make each step manageable.
- Nicole Diaz leverages her experience working with survivors of trauma to balance legal diligence with patience and compassion during a difficult process. She approaches each survivor’s story with care, respect, and a strong attention to detail that ensures nothing gets missed.
We know that contacting a law firm can feel intimidating, especially when it involves something as personal and painful as abuse. Whether you went through sexual abuse, physical violence, emotional trauma, hazing, or another situation where you were exploited, harmed, or violated, we’re here to listen, support, and help you pursue justice on your terms.
Our team works hard to create a safe, welcoming space where survivors are in control of their own story. We understand that no two survivors are alike, and no two journeys to justice look the same.
When You’re Ready, We’re Here
