Lawrence K. Holcomb
Lawrence Holcomb is a partner at Wallace Miller. He focuses on advocating for victims of asbestos exposure nationwide, bringing his litigation excellence and personal dedication to every case. He believes in the legal field’s tremendous power for good and takes his responsibility to his clients and their families seriously, working tirelessly to make sure they receive the compensation they need and deserve.
After beginning his career as an asbestos abatement expert, Lawrence transitioned into the legal field to help people suffering from asbestos exposure more directly. Now he combines his unique experience as an abatement specialist, remediation expert, air monitor, and microscopist with a decade of legal advocacy to meaningfully improve hardworking people’s lives. Hailing from a military family, he is dedicated to serving the needs of his community, including the many veterans who were exposed to asbestos while fighting for their country.
Lawrence earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2012 and his B.A. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama in 2007. He grew up on a cotton farm in Mississippi before moving to Memphis and settling in Alabama, where he spends time with his wife and daughter, does carpentry, and fixes old automobiles when not in the courtroom.
“A lot of people think they’re just going to be a number or another file when they come to us, and that’s not the case,” Lawrence says. “Accessibility means a lot to me because I know it means a lot to my clients. Every client has my direct number. They have a partner in us, and we’re going to combine our knowledge with their knowledge to figure out how to make their lives better.”

Testimonials
“Caring! My Dad passed from mesothelioma. We really appreciated the care and time Lawrence spent with my Dad and sister while he was alive. He also was such a tremendous help to my sister who was the executor of the estate. We truly felt like we were in good hands and when your grieving your loved one that means a lot.” – Chris, former client
“Amazing!!! Lawrence has been such a blessing to my family. He took on so much stress and fight that our family just didn’t have the energy to deal with after our dad was diagnoses with mesothelioma and after he passed as well. He is very knowledgeable and quick to respond! We cannot recommend him enough!!!” – Anonymous client review
“An Attorney Who Cares. During the most difficult time for our family, Mr. Holcomb, was companionate, encouraging, informative, supportive and understanding. He was (and still is even though our case is finished) helpful and accessible. He was (is) always a phone call or text away. I don’t know how much I’m allowed to share about our case, but his advice to us was gold! We placed so much trust in him and he never once let us down. And, he cares. We had a family reunion before my Dad passed and Mr. Holcomb sent us flowers with wishes for wonderful memories to be made. I cannot recommend Mr. Holcomb more highly!! Stop looking for another attorney. If you’ve found Lawrence Holcomb, you’ve found the best!” – Jen, former client
