Molly's Story
Molly Condon Wells is a partner at Wallace Miller who focuses her practice on holding corporations and institutions accountable through complex product liability and institutional negligence litigation. She represents individuals and families in high-stakes matters nationwide and has held leadership roles in coordinated and multidistrict proceedings involving thousands of claimants.
Raised on the South Side of Chicago, Molly learned early the importance of public service and standing up for others. That foundation continues to shape her commitment to representing individuals facing powerful institutions.
In 2023, Molly was court-appointed as Liaison Counsel in In re Tepezza Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation (MDL 3079) and appointed to the Leadership Development Committee in In re Hair Relaxer Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation (MDL 3060). She has also served on Law & Briefing and Expert Committees in In re Essure Product Cases, In re Paragard IUD Products Liability Litigation, and the Gilead Tenofovir Cases, where she was responsible for briefing issues common to all plaintiffs and working closely with expert witnesses on complex scientific and regulatory matters.
Her work regularly involves issues of corporate knowledge, regulatory compliance, internal decision-making, and the pursuit of punitive damages.
Molly established one of the first litigation practices in the country intentionally branded as “Survivor Advocacy.” The model reflects her belief that how a case is handled matters just as much as the outcome. Rather than adopting the traditional “sexual abuse litigation” label, she chose language that centers agency and forward movement. In her practice, clients are not defined by what was done to them; instead, they are individuals seeking accountability and a path forward. She combines disciplined litigation strategy with trauma-informed advocacy to ensure clients feel heard, prepared, and supported throughout the process.
Molly has written and presented nationally on civil remedies for survivors and trauma-informed litigation strategy, and her cases and commentary have been featured on NBC 5, WGN Radio 720AM, and in the Chicago Tribune.
